25 days!
It’s been 25 days since Millimatters was started. That’s 25 days writing 150 words continuously. I sat down to write about an advertising series. But that can wait.
Why? Because, I want to use this pitstop to give a shoutout to people who have critiqued me, nudged me, validated my ideas and supported me all through. Everytime I was clouded with self-doubts, they pushed me.
Here’s to them, in no particular order :)
Karthik Pasupathy- He’s been a constant source of encouragement, always giving very pointed feedback. You can read Karthik’s work here, here and here.
Vignesh Sairam- Most you see on Millimatters have been refined by Vignesh. Always keeps a check on the fact that the posts don’t become ‘preachy’. Someone who doesn’t mind giving me the stick if things don’t seem good.
Naveen Kumar- If there was someone who’s read every single post apart from me, it’s him. You can read his work here
Shrinithi- She doesn’t have a choice to but to read all my posts :P . I have sacrificed a lot of our personal time for ‘research’, ‘writing’ and being in the ‘zone’. Here’s to a more efficient way of writing :)
Sanjeev- He’s my 10 PM friend. Because I am rarely awake after that. Someone who’s always very supportive from Day-1 and listens to all my sudden splurge of ideas. And never says never. Read his stuff here.
Akkshaya- I started gathering feedback from her very recently. Her inputs have always been actionable and pointed. She herself blogs on a variety of topics, you can read them here :).
Anish- Someone who takes the time to read all my posts, and give detailed feedback on finer aspects like ‘spacing’, aesthetics among others.
Vignesh Venkateshwaran-Doesn’t say much :P. Keps giving a thumbs up to all the posts. So I’m hoping he’s liking it.
Joseph Jayanth- Joe is an avid writer, and creator himself. He provides a very unique perspective, and is never shy of calling a spade a spade. You can see his work here
So that’s definitely not 150 words. But that’s okay.
Thank YOU :)
Here’s to the next 2500 posts :).
